Customs

France demands a valid passport from all tourists. Visa is excluded for Americans staying for less than ninety days. If you travel to France for long stays you will be requiring a temporary visa or a long term visa depending upon the duration of your stay.

There are strict customs regulations in France, limiting entry of certain animals, plants, medicines and food, etc. France lays specific limitations to the amount of any items that can be brought duty-free.
