France Costs and Money

The national currency of France is Euro. Generally other currencies, such as U.S dollar is mostly not accepted. You can get your money changed in most banks, post offices, some large stores, airports, train stations and exchange offices. The exchange rates are generally lower in big cities or financial areas. Banking hours in France are usually from 10am to 5pm.
Other than Paris, the costs in France are less expensive. In the restaurants of France, ordering “a la carte” saves you money, compared to ordering separately. The cafés of France may have varying prices depending upon their locations.
